Theresa Diaz brings nearly two decades of high-level real estate operations and transaction experience to Ranchman Properties. A licensed Texas real estate professional since 2008, Theresa has built a strong background in transaction coordination, brokerage operations, compliance, MLS systems, and client communication. Prior to joining Ranchman Properties as the Listing and Contract Specialist, she served in leadership and operations roles supporting agents, brokers, and clients through every stage of the real estate process. With her attention to detail, deep understanding of contracts and compliance, and passion for delivering exceptional service, Theresa plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients from listing to closing.
