Bert Vandiver

Bert Vandiver was raised on a ranch just south of Waco, Texas where his family farmed and ranched 5,500 acres giving him the vast knowledge he now has when it comes to land.

Bert graduated with a BBA degree in Marketing/Management from Baylor University in 1981. For the next 35 years he owned and operated several Funeral Homes as well as a commercial construction company specializing in oil field pipeline installations.

Bert served on the Advisory Board of Providence Hospital for over 5 years serving as Chairman in 2011. He served on Baylor University's Football Coaches Committee from 2004 to 2007. He has served on the full board of the Heart O Texas Fair and Rodeo for over 25 years. He also served on the Executive board for over 10 years, serving as Chairman of the Board in 2004 and Chairman of the Rodeo Committee from 2015 thru 2019. He continues to serve on the Rodeo Committee as Immediate Past Chairman thru 2023.

His attention to detail will serve all of Bert's clients well when buying and selling ranches.

Bert and his wife Brenda live between Granbury and Weatherford on their ranch. They enjoy riding horses on their property and spending time with their kids and grandkids.
