Our story


Ben Clark

Ben is a Native Texan and has called Denton home for over 20 years. After graduating from Denton High School in 2005, Ben went down to Baylor University to earn a four year degree in Education. In 2011 Ben obtained his real estate license and hasn’t looked back. Ben’s passion to serve others and his determination has propelled him to one of the top real estate agents in Denton County. “My goal has always been to treat others how I would want to be treated, and in return I have been able to serve a lot of people through real estate!!

Outside of work Ben is on the board for Denton County Young Professionals, President of the Denton County chapter of Keller Williams Young Professionals, Chairman at the North Texas State Fair and Rodeo, and is a member of the 2015 class of Leadership Denton.

His wife Natalie, daughter Henley, dog Baylor, and him live on the south side of Denton. In his free time he loves to be outdoors hunting or on the lake relaxing!


Jason Trosper

Jason Trosper’s roots go deep in the heart of Texas, coming from four generations of farming and ranching in the panhandle. Jason moved to the north Texas area in 1994 to pursue a career in marketing for U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Co. Through hard work and dedication Jason worked his way up to the company’s Marketing Promotions Supervisor. After an amazing 18 year career with UST, Jason decided to pursue a career in real estate specializing in Farm and Ranch, and Commercial Real Estate.

Jason thrives on hard work, dedication, and a willing heart to serve. These values stem from being raised in the western world. Jason, his wife Melinda and their two daughters, Jada and Tana, live outside of Denton near the town of Ponder.

In addition to real estate Jason is the founder of Cowboy Militia, an apparel company that markets to the western world and the Texas music scene. Outside of work Jason is a member of the United States Team Roping Championships and Cross Timbers Church. In his free time Jason enjoys team roping, hunting, and hauling his daughters to youth rodeos and barrel races.

Tanner Caples

Tanner Caples

Born and raised in Denton, Texas, Tanner has seen the massive growth that has occured over the past 15 years. He has always had a passion for the real estate world and in 2014 decided to pursue that passion. Tanner is a graduate of Guyer High School and is currently attending the University of North Texas working on a degree in Entrepreneurship.

Since joining Ranchman Properties w/ Keller Williams Realty, Tanner has gained the knowledge and experience to become a specialist in residential and homes with acreage. With his work ethic, you can be confident that he has your best interest in mind and will get you the best deal! When Tanner is away from work and school he attends Cross Timbers Church, is a member of Denton County Young Professionals, and is active in the Denton Chamber of Commerce.

He also loves being in the outdoors, whether it be in a deer blind, roping steers in the arena, or on the 18th green.


Tanner Caples

Colby Grady

Colby Grady is no stranger to the farm and ranch industry. Since he was 15, he has been farming land in and around Scurry, Tx. At the age of 18, Colby joined the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department and served as a public servant for 15 years. During that time he also owned and operated a custom hay business in Combine, Tx.

In 2017 Colby decided to take his knowledge of the farm and ranch industry and pursue a career in real estate. “I have always had a passion for real estate and an opportunity came about and I didn’t want to pass it up!”.

Outside of selling real estate, you will find Colby and his wife Kelly hauling their two beautiful girls, Terryn and Carly, to barrel races all across Texas. He has his family also attend Kaufman County Cowboy Church.
